need help for Facebook timeline?

okay so everyone has facebook timeline and i want it too, BADLY :/
i've tried out every possible thing but Im just not getting timeline! people told me to go on the official timeline page on fb and click on the get timeline button, but there isn't any
there were other steps like go to developer apps etc , i tried all of them, i still don't have timeline. i think i might've signed up for timeline way back in septemeber when it came up, but i still don't have it. is there a waiting list for it or what? any idea will i ever get timeline? HELP! :|
