how do i stop facebook sending me e-mails?!?

i get an email from facebook every time i get a notification and it's spamming my email! how do i stop it?!

You might want to change your password just in case you got hacked. Or you can delete your profile. You go to account, settings, and then click general. Then you will see a link that says deactivate. Click that if you want to end it all. But if you just want to stop notifications to to account settings, Facebook notifications, and then click on Facebook. Uncheck the information you don't want to recieve and click save. Done.
