My 680 still works and scores about 6600 on Passmark overclocked, but it was released in 2012 and is old.

dont listen to NBSN, hes completely clueless on computer hardware...

a gtx760 is WORSE then a gtx680....
a gtx770 is a re-branded 680, meaning it has the exact same performance. The only difference is the gtx770 has a higher memory clock and over clocks alittle better aswell as runs a little bit cooler and draws a few watts less.

Even a gtx770, although slightly better then a gtx680 is a COMPLETE waste of money... its not worth $300-350 for a 5-10% performance increase...
wait until the gtx800 series is released this summer and then you can get a gtx860 or 870 which will be an improvement most likely.

EDIT: lul what? a gtx760 cant even make use of 4GB of ram... r u stupid?
The only reason you need more then 2GB is if you are playing on multi monitors or at a high resolutions such as 4K... at 1920x1080 or 1900x1200 and etc, 2GB is easily enough for all games at max settings with full tessellation and AA...
And a gtx760 is not a powerful enough card to drive 3 monitors or a 4k monitor very well. Thus the reason why 4GB is pointless on a gtx760...

I dont think you understand how video buffer works on graphics cards :/

and a gtx760 doesnt overclock very far. i know i own one, and i actually overclocked mine to 1215mhz core boost clock, and 7200mhz memory (far above the clocks on that "superclocked" one lol). And you cant get much higher on the overclock since its too close to the gtx760 TDP max already. think the highest possible core boost clock is like 1250mhz and the highest memory was like 7800mhz, but not both at the same time. if you go for higher memory clock you have to go for a lesser core clock.

and an overclocked gtx760 may be better then a "stock reference" gtx680, but an overclocked gtx680 DESTROYS a gtx760...

you need to stop relying on synthetic benchmarks and paid reviews... maybe get some actual real world experience?
you have a facebook page... how cute.

EDIT2: lol NBSN i see you deleted your answer, and then went and rated down all the answer in my profile. lmao, tbh i could care less about +/- ratings on answers. so i hope you atleast had fun wasting your time :/
