How to make a facebook group: old style?

I want to make a facebook group, not the new ones that are on the left side of your news feed. But the old ones that have a bunch of different tabs and anyone could join. for example http://www.facebook.com/?sk=2361831622

facebook groups are so old school! you should create a page.

Since they were replaced by the new ones, the old groups cannot be made anymore. This guide explains how to make your own group on Facebook:
