what does it mean if a suicidal friend takes his profile pic off facebook?
i am concerned. he has been opening up to me the last few days. now he is just shut me out and not talking to me at all.
his brother was supposed to take him to hospital today
i live in canada he lives in texas

It means, you should take him serious..just to be sure go to him or talk to somebody that you know that's also close to him..and get him help..
