Would phone companies be able to track down a website if you use a different app?

I downloaded an app called video downloader not to download video but to go on facebook because my parents dont know i have one and im afraid they will find out. If i use safari from my iphone they find out the websites if they ask to see them but if i use an app to go on the internet would they be able to go on the internet will they be able to track down that i go on facebook and who i interact with?

Doesnt matter if its app or browser, the phone company always has a record of what you do. They wouldn't give that to anyone though unless it was a court order or something similar.
