How do i get more followers on twitter and/or instagram?

I want to get more followers on twitter and/or instagram but I'm not sure how to get them. I have 145 followers on twitter and 37 on instagram currently. Please help.
My twitter and instagram is @teganjade8.
Oh i also have a google blog get a few readers there but not sure what to write about anymore.

Well, this is something great that you dont believe in buying followers. These are some tips which might help you gain more popularity on INSTAGRAM ONLY.

1. First, believe in yourself that you are good and thus stop commenting 'follow me, I follow back' on pictures of others, they are just annoying.
2. Post more nice pics
3. Give some gap of about 2 to 3 days between each post
4. Use some apps to edit your pic. Do not overdo it, let your photography come up.
5. Like and comment pictures of other Igers.
6. Sometimes you should post a pic of yourself too, let the world see who is behind the lens. But not very often. (Well, you can post it often too if you are not into the photography side of IG)
7. Use hash tags. To check the latest hash-tags, check on http://statigr.am 's homepage.
8. Follow some great IGers to learn more.

You can mention your twitter's link under the website box of your IG profile to attract people to twitter.

Post nice pics and explore IG alot, comment and like other's pictures very often and so that when they see your feed, they'll be impressed to see ur pics and will follow you.
