What's up with all these fake pornstars following me on twitter?

I made a twitter account on like Wednesday I think and for the past days every like 1-3 hours there is atleast 1 fake pornstar who follows me on twitter. On their account page their bio is a link to their website. I just keep blocking them and reporting them as spam. Also, they normally only have 2 tweets and both make no sense and is about like deep life advice. Lol?

I have no idea. But it's so easy to tell when they follow you, because they have like 0 tweets. I think blocking and reporting them is a waste of time, because the next day they aren't there.. because their account got suspended. It's just so ridiculous.
