what do i feel about him?

I think this is strange. why am i attracted to him?
im attracted to a average guy he is older and doesnt know me he hasnt seen me yet and i have not seen him in person. he is from the same place as me and i know his sister (she is younger to me). our parents are friends. i saw him on facebook he is average looking and is a engineer and im a 1st year engineering student in a different branch but the same college but we were never in college at the same time. he graduated in 2011 and i joined in 2012. why am i attracted to him?
on his facebook page and i dont want to change the page and looking at his picture makes my heart beat faster and i start smiling and every other boy seems nothing in front of even if they have better looks or anything better. Hea has average looks.
He is from the same town but is working in another place(state capital) which around 9 hours from here.
I'm 18 and he is 23.Is this only attraction?
i posted this question some time back but i didnt do anything about it
recently i came to know that he does not have clear speech (speaking like children) but still i dont love him less is this love?

u can say u are in love with him cause if it was attraction you would have been attracted to other guys too who were good looking than him so maybe u are in love and one more thing if u love him u wont bother for his speech ok and dont approach him that easily take time to know him tell ur parents and maybe u can marry that guy and settled down with him and yeah i just remembered that if u thinking of getting settled down with em than probably u are in love with him keep one thing in mind dont let him use u ur virginity is special gift and give it to the special one only
