How do you get more people to like your posts on social networks?

For the past two or three years I haven't been getting any reactions to anything I post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc, recently I have started to think its because I'm not really connected in real life to anyone who im connected to online so I though I should just try and connect with them face to face first but then I thought what if I could do both at once? I just want to know the sort of postings that anyone and everyone would like regardless of how well they know the person personally

My advice to you is to stop seeking for how many people like your posts etc. Social networks are not reality and they never will be, they are there to dumb you down. Go out make real friends, or even if you are on your own just live life not over the internet. Start exercising. Be quiet on these social networks. if you want just have your presence there but the more loud you are the less of an actual life you really have. Go out and be free and don't constrain yourself to the internet.
