What can I do to redirect my incoming emails to the inbox vs trash?

2 months ago my email was hacked. Yahoo restored my account & contacts. But now all incoming emails go directly to trash and I don't receive alerts on my mobile device or computer. Also I have not been able to retrieve any of my folder contents. Any recommendations???? Thanks

For some problems only Yahoo can resolve them....this seems to be one of them.

If you are in the Newest format you will have click on SETTINGS instead of Mail Options referred to in the above link
