How to get a restraining order against your mother?
I was kicked out when I was 17 yrs old And me And my mom do not speak. She keeps trying to contact me And she keeps calling the home that i currently live in and I'm sick of it! She pops up sometimes randomly and keeps trying to speak with me and I'm just done with her. I know I sound bitchy but I've been through a lot with her and my family period and I just want to find peace. How can I go about this? And do restraint orders cost? I'm 18

Talk to your police department and they'll have you file paperwork.

hmmm sounds like my life... can you not just continue ignoring her? change your number (assuming you live by yourself in a rented place rather than a home as in care home? If it is a care home, the authorities around you should be able to stop it.
if not, either ignore, change your number and when you move dont let her know (that will count towards harrassment if she finds you afer that) keep your social media private too etc.
you havent gone into detail on what she is doing and why she is doing it etc. so it doesnt look like the police will allow you to take an order out, you could also speak to legal aid?

just a thought, have you found out what she wants? perhaps the easiest thing to do would be to ask her and then it might just be something like apologising for the past and you can accept it but tell her it changes nothing (unless it does) and talk to her in an adult manner and explain how you want your seperate life now and that it doesnt involve her bla bla bla and if she pushes then you could advise her to stop or else you will look into legal action.

just remember, although i dont know hoe bad things were for you, you may need your mum in the future, i always wished my mum was normal and i could have a real relationship with her, especially when i got pregnant at 18 (i was lucky and lived with my dad though) once you cut ties with a person, especially in this manner, they do not always forgive and you may not ever be able to go back. Please, really consider ths before you do it.
