"Reset My Password" is not working. What I have to do for that?
Good evening. Finally I log in my yahoo account. I canot login with my pass from the login form but I can do with facebook. I've ask for reset the old, there is a "Reset My Password" email from yahoo.com on my recover email, but I canot change the old password because is always "to weak". Of course it is not, I've try an absolutly strong one. (and a lot of combination). I do have an IQ level to understand the indication of what strong pass mean. Please help. Smile

Password issues can be browser-related. I'd clear your browser's cookies and cache, close the browser, and open it again before trying to reset your password. Passwords shouldn't be changed more than once every 24 hours.

You can also try using a different browser to see if that allows you to change your password. Password change issues can also be the result of using ad blockers or pop -up blockers. You may need to disable these options before you can change your password.

Once you change your password it would be a good idea to review your security questions and make changes if you don't remember your answers.

I recommend using a password manager like Keepass or LastPass to create and store strong unique passwords for the sites you visit. You can also save notes like your secret questions and answers to the password entries. LastPass can automatically log you in to any web site you have stored in its database.
