Facebook friend question?

My friend can view anyone's page she wants, even if she's not their friend.
So say for example, she looks at person A's page, who she's not friends with on facebook.

I try to go to person A's page, whom Im not friends with either,
but I can't view it.

why can she see that page, while i cant?
it's not like the person blocked me either, because it's like that for a lot of different pages.

There are a couple of reasons for this:

First, your application is bugged - for this, contact Facebook

However, it is more likely that it's because Person A has allowed "Friends of Friends" and those in "Network" to view his profile. Now, your friend could very well be a friend of Person's A's friend - but you're not. For example, Person A's friend is B, and B is in your friend's list but not yours. So she can see Person A's profile, but you can't. Or, she could be in the Network but you're not.
