I cant get sorority life notifications?

a few months ago i selected the block all notifications tab on a sorority life notification out of frustration, but now i need to use the notification to vote for all of my sisters, how do i get the notifications back?

please be very specific since facebook has changed

Facebook is no longer allowing applications to send notifications

I dont know 100% if it'll work but it worked on me.
Go to Notifications and the click See All Notifications
Then on the side it shows alll the stuff you went to and there shold be boxes nxt to them.
Find Sorority Life and Check that box and then it should be good.
