Instagram app installation?

PLEASE HELP MEEEE!!!! OK SO IM REALLY WORRIED BECAUSE I LOVE INSTAGRAM AND I WANNA KEEP MY ACCOUNT so what happened is that I uninstalled the app, and the app is gone COMPLETLY from my device... But when I go to the App Store, it still says "open" instead of "install" and I want to reinstall it! It's not letting me, and I'm freakin out!!! PLEASE HELP I CAN'T LOSE MY INSTAGRAM I LOVE ITTTTTT! And I've tryed rebooting, it doesn't help. And if I restore my whole device, will it let me get all my photos and apps back? Or never again?

i dont know about the instagram thing but i thing you should restore your device but restoring will delete everything excepte if you put everything in it on itunes library then restore it and when its restored download them again and finally instagram
