Does YAHOO offer ANY help and if so where is it?

I can't find any avenue in the customer service area that allows me to ask a straight forward question. Do I need to learn a secret handshake or something? Any info on a way to interact with someone with an answer to a YAHOO question would be greatly appreciated. I've had to change formats and can't get what I need from the new page. I'll be changing homepages if I can't find a way to communicate with YAHOO.

Yahoo pages have a GEAR icon at the TOP RIGHT. That has a link to the HELP pages. There often is an 800 # there, but users report hours on hold and hangups. There is a Help form you can use to try and email staff. There are links to Customer Care on FB and Twitter. Maybe they will tweet you a fix. But the bottom line is that a lot of the help you will get very likely will be here.
