It depends on your privacy settings....you can set them (by clicking on settings at the top right of the facebook page) so that only your friends can see them or only friends of friends or whatever.

There's an application on Facebook called: aCounter. It enables you to view who has been on your profile, who many times they've been there and the time that they viewed it. There's a catch though, to see person, you have to have a "credit" to unlock their names... it's stupid if you ask me, an advertisement strategy.

To obtain credits, you have to invite friends that would then add this application. For each 5 friends you invite, you get 1 credit. You can only get 1 or 2 credits per day... so you can only see 2 people that have been on your profile.
