How can I make my cousin's facebook a lot better?

Just leave him do whatever he wants. Another's person Facebook is one of the things that you should the user do whatever he wants, spamming him with friend requests from people he's never seen is pointless and intruding.

Do not be afraid to add people on facebook !
Add people even if you don't know them too well, after all. And they will probably add you because they will also end up with one more friend.

Remember, the rules of Facebook are not the same as those in life! Yes, you still have to be appropriate, and all that, but it's not the same in the terms of that you don't have to know people too well to friend them, but just know them, or know who they are

Keep In Mind Facebook is Not About Having the most Friends its About Adding People that you Know in Real Life Try And See if There are People That your Cousin Knows That your Cousin Does Not Have yet And Add Those People Have your Cousin Go to His Friends List than Click Find Friends And Add People From the People you May Know Section

This really isn't up to you to decide. It's his Facebook, so he has control over it.

Now, if he isn't yet 13 years old, you are helping him cheat the system, so you need to stop it. Also, if he is under the age of 13, do his parents know that you are getting involved with him having Facebook, or are they against it.

You really need to learn to mind your own business on this. Kids shouldn't have random strangers as friends. You never know what can happen.
