I would like to become a lawyer one day, what GCSE courses should I take?
I'm 14 years of age and I would like to become a lawyer one day but I'm not sure what GCSE options I should choose, here are the options that my school offer:
-art and design
-business studies(single)
-business studies(double)
-catering
-computing
-dance
-food technology
-graphic products
-product design
-textiles technology
-drama
-French
-geography
-drama
-health and social care
-history
-ICT
-Italian
-media studies
-music
-physical education(GCSE)
-public services BTEC (double)
-Spanish
-sport BTEC

Thank you for any suggestions
Geraint Keeping, would you say that health and social care and geography would be useful also?

That's a good career choice well done. You will need to stay on at A-Levels and then go to Uni but the courses I think would be best is Public Services and IT would really only be the one to do with a lawyer, Good English results and Maths would be crucial also. Go and see your career advisor for more info Smile
