Best Friend keeps posting cringe worthy videos online. Is it my place to get him to stop?

My best friend of 7 years keeps posting videos on facebook and instagram that'll make anyone cringe. All of our other friends are getting a little fed up with it, but I just tell him to not care about what others think. Well, that was before it got to this point, now his videos are just bad. I guess it bugs our friends the most because online he is a completely different person. In person he acts a certain way, shy, calm, nervous, but online he acts like he is top shit. There is more to the story but that is pretty much the essential details. My question is: Should i get him to stop? Or should I at least tell him something? If so what should I tell him? Keep in mind he is my best friend so if it makes him happy I am all for him but there is a point where someone needs to give him a reality check or at least warm him that his videos are weird.

You shouldn't tell him to stop because that's kind of bossy. I would just be like "so uhh whats up with all the weird videos lately dude?"
