Why does stupid facebook have to post your activity so friends can see?
Like whenever I like something or read an article, stupid Facebook posts that into my profile and I don't want people to see my activity because it is personal and useless for them. Whenever I like a page or my friends like a page, Facebook posts it in news feed without me being aware of it posting that.

you must have added some apps that connected your facebook with other sites like yahoo

just remove the app and it will stop

and if you dont want to be a part of a social networking site, then log out of facebook before you view other things, then you wont have these problems

Facebook wants that all people have able to other activity in a same place. For that they will added this option.
