If you were to work with a company, band or music artist and update they're Twitter, Facebook & Youtube Statuses and messages, what job title is that called? Thanks! :-)

There probably is some twitter FB word for it -- but i would think something like" communications assistant - communications consultant - Marketing assistant - marketing consultant - public relations assistant. I think it would depend on how much you are doing and originating on your own. In other words - do they decide what info they want - and you simply type it in for various mediums. Or if you work with them to develop a communications plan --- and make recommendations to them on what do do, what the possibilities pro and con of various communications strategies.
