Would this be pointless to make a 2nd instagram for this?
I want to make a second instagram about life quotes for inspiration and that are positive to help others get through a bad time in theirs or whatever and on this account I would add random people instead of using my personal instagram where I have only people I know. Also would my contacts from my phone or facebook will know about my 2nd account? Thanks

That would be nice and fun to do. No your contacts on your phone will not know about your account and your Facebook friends will only know if the new accounts linked to your Facebook.
