Simple answer nope !! And it never would . Until the other person wants to delete the message you sent

removing do nothing just hide events from that person and your activities are not in his notifications,
blocking hide all likes and comments but not messeges , also the blocked person can not search or visit those things that you do , like comments , likes , events and ....
