I'm An Internet Addict?

Help, I'm an internet addict. Whenever I have homework on my laptop, it takes double and even triple the time it would if I didn't wander off to other sites. It's affecting my studies, and all I do is sit in in front of my laptop all day for 4-6 hours and not even touch any thing related to school. I am especially addicted to Youtube first, and then Twitter. Please HELP!

Discipline yourself. Maybe you should try and transfer all the work onto paper and do it like that. Maybe have someone take away your laptop for a little while.
Don't worry, I was like you once and it took MAJOR discipline for me to actually get my school work done.
Just try having someone hide it for you, that worked for me.

only you can change this.... but the good news is you can! ps - this is completely normal, unfortunately, happens to me at work all the time - like now for instance!
