can you get instagram online?
I havent got a smart phone or android but i really want instagram can i get it on the the computer?

You have to make an instagram on a adroid or a iphone, but once you make an acount you can use ur instagram online. But u have to make an acount on a andriod or iphone cant make it online.

your friend so you can make an account on there iPhone
or android after that got
