How can i get new design faceook??
pls can any experienced person help to me.
im now using the old design facebook.

Huh? what waiting list?, If you want a new design download Social Fixer and choose a theme from the settings menu. You can find it here http://socialfixer.com/

The FB new look will come automatically

There is no need of your manual update, May the FB is testing how the users may feel the "New Interface", So they are updating some random profiles only...
