Is there any good, useful and working Facebook album downloader?

I have tried few of them but nothing works for me. Any suggestions? I really need your help because I have to download a lot of albums with thousands of photos. Thanks in advance.
Apps I already tried but didn't work well are these:

PicknZip - can't show huge albums (10k photos)
facepaste - it somethimes download full albums but more often it happenings that it download only 10% of albums
PhotoGrabber - similar to facepaste but also it's very buggy
Fhotobounce - have limit on 10k photos per album (but I need to download page with 25k photos)
Also tried, Web Album Ripper, download facebook photos, and few Chrome extensions. Nothing fully working.

The best thing that works (almost perfect) is ImageHost Grabber (Firefox extension) but the only problem whit this is that firstly I need to load all images in an album and simply just one click and it downloads all (Hi Res pics) but the problem is I have only 2GB of ram and when I load 10k of photos browser start to freeze. So I need perfect app that will download ALL photos at once without needs to load photos manually or automatically. Thank you very much.
