How do I get a pic on my yahoo ID?

I have no idea how to get a pic for my ID. I always see other ppl w ID pics but I have no idea how to do it myself.

You would need to upload a picture to your Yahoo Profile.

First, you must be on a computer; this cannot be done on a mobile device. If you’re on a mobile device, you can link your Yahoo Account to your Facebook (assuming you have one) and then your profile pictures can carry over. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you’re on a computer.

Find a picture that you would like to be your profile picture, and make sure it is saved to your computer. Then, go to http://profile.yahoo.com. (your Yahoo! Profile)
1.Click on your current avatar in the middle of the screen (Change Picture will appear)
2.Choose the “Upload” option
3.Find the picture you want on your computer
4.When it is uploaded, click Save.

If you aren't getting an "upload" option, it's a glitch. Try clearing your cookies, cache, and history, restart your computer, and try again, or on a different browser.
Also, if your profile is hidden, your profile picture won't show. You can unhide it as explained in the Help page above.

Yahoo no longer provides avatars however you can create one from other free sites see the links below.If you are on wireless you must wait until you are on a computer.

Choose either a cartoon or a photo avatar you had saved to your pc.

Close and reopen your browser or reboot. and your avatar should be showing If your avatar isn't showing try resizing it to make it smaller.
