Me and my bf have been dating for 5 months. We both don't really post anything about each other or even have pictures & we don't have a relationship status shown at all on Fb, I've been wanting to ask him about the relationship status but I'm just scared of getting an answer like no or I wanna keep things private then I would know he's shady or am I wrong?

Or instead I was thinking he should post a picture of me and him together as his profile picture, do you think that's too much to ask for? I just want people to know where together, some of his friend know who I am and my bf tells me his mom and sister would look on his fb to see who I am cause they haven't met me yet.. How can I approach my bf about this. I'm scared of getting a rejection or the I wanna keep things private..
