someone is taking my facebook pictures?

I am facebook friends with a lot of my family members but there are some family members that have facebook that I can't be friends with because of some stuff and I have them blocked. (my mother is one that I have had to block) Some how she is going to someone else's facebook that I have as friends and then taking pictures from me and putting them as her profile pictures (usually my 8 yr old son is in them) How do I get her to keep from getting my pictures.
BTW- I have reported it to facebook but they don't do anything about it. She had a picture that she put on her fb several months ago and I reported it to FB but it is still on there.
I can't ask her to remove it, I don't have anything to do with her and DON'T want to talk to her PERIOD!

You should either tell your parents, facebook owners or the police because it's a crime and the person stealing your pictures and saying that's them can get in serious trouble.
