Would you like parsley with that?
I have recently converted my diet to pretty much vegan although I do love the odd steak here and there. Part of my transformation relied alot on juicing and the benefits were outstanding for myself.
Since i began juicing I saw a gap in the market for ready available fresh healthy food including vege juices.
With some research the stars (Gwyneth, Cameron Diaz) are all over the vege juice detox phenomena. Which usually makes its way across to Australia and everyone is willing to 'give it a go' So i have come up with an idea of a mobile juice bar focussing around the beaches of weekends and peak periods, I understand it may not be a reliable income, but it is a start. As well as cold pressed juices available to buy online starting locally and putting the word out via facebook twitter etc.
Question is Would you be interested in buying this type of product? Health has made its way to new levels where weight loss shakes packed with sugar are no longer all the rage. Thoughts and opinions please?

You can't be "pretty much vegan" any more than you can be "a little bit pregnant".
Better look it up so you don't come off sounding stupid if you plan to go into business in this area.

I don't give a flying fkcu what Gwynnie and Cameron eat..

If I were spending a day on the beach and there was a healthy, GOOD TASTING juice bar I'd likely patronize it.

We drink fruit and veggie juice all the time.. Not just for the veggies, but because it tastes good.
