Doing Charity Work, Need Twitter Followers?

Hello everyone reading this!
I have a close friend who's doing some charity work in the Philippines and she would love it if you followed her on Twitter! She is in her teens, and is currently doing this Charity plan on the side of what she normally does (writing).
