There's no inbuilt option to download videos on FB. But using 3rd party app websites (like http://www.keepvid.com.., ) u'll able to extract/download those videos
1.open a video on FB
2.copy the page URL
3.open the website(http://www.clipconverter.cc)
4.paste the URL & procced further

Facebook Does Not Allow you To Download Videos So you Have to Find If There is a App Or Something That Will Allow you To Download The Video From your Facebook thats The Only Way it Would work Search your App Store and See if There is One Available For your Device

Just instal IDM (internet down load manager) on your computer and start downloading videos not only from facebook but also from all other websites. But it must be registered after one month for this purpose you can find IDM crack file from Google search.
