Should I metion that I still have the bracelet if he wants it?

A guy friend of mine asked me to make him a friendship bracelet late last July. I didn't end up seeing him until a couple weeks into August, but we didn't talk, just waved and I didn't have the bracelet on hand. I haven't seen him since. We're friends on Facebook, I have the bracelet in all. Should I message him and say I have it if he still wants it? We've never talked on there before.
I'm also friends with his sister, should I make her one too just so things aren't super awkward and people end up thinking that I like him or something? Also so she doesn't feel left out? She's a super sweet person. I only worked with her one week at camp, while I worked with her brother longer, but we're still friends.
