Facebook Shares Sales To Be Suspended For 12 Months, Will That Help Its Stock Prices A Lot?
An IPO of this magnitude was certain to have stock market pricing fluctuations as we have already seen ????
dera underexposed, any such action be it byt eh SEC or the CEO of any firm is regarded as a stock suspension, what you are saying is just a play on words. Mark has said he will not sell any more shares for 12 months, so the current share issues are what are being traded in the market. There are differences in the financial world as to what has caused this situation with facebook, see one such report below:

All eyes have been on Facebook as of lately and for good reason…
The company, in its much hyped IPO, fell flat on its face, which to date is around 53%.
However, the IPO practices that hurt the small investors and the declining profit are not FB's fault entirely…
Sure, as a CEO of a company you're responsible for getting shareholders profits or else, but what if the game changes?
What if there is such a huge monumental shift in your industry, it causes profit loss?
Well, that's what we're seeing right now with FB.

Will all that has gone on sisnce FACEBOOK shares started trading I suspect that certain people will be called to account and charged before trading resumes.

This sounds like a scam from the getgo.

they are NOT suspending trading of the stock for 12 months.

Facebook says it will not sell stock, itself, to the market to cover a $2billion tax obligation.

http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp...c=business

The stock still will be traded as normally it would.

Is this good news for the company's stock....I doubt it....it is not like they found $2Billion...they owe it to Uncle Sam

@One Trick Pony is shooting from the LIP...he has not done any investigation into what this is about.
