I can't log into Instagram? Lost my email ANSWER ASAP?

How do i get it back i lost it and the account means so much to me.
The problem is i used a fake email then it was all like "to secure your
account blah blah blah" because my friend was coming on to co-own.
Anyways, i need this account ASAP, because my friends crying and stuff
and this account means the world to her. I have emailed instagram and
idk what to do. She is super famous on the account and everyone loves
her. Please help
