I need help socialising!!!?
Ok here is my life story
Im 16 years old and i used to go to an all boys high school. Back then i wasn't really shy of anyone because nearly everyone knew each other but recently my parents decided to migrate back to our home country which is Spain. When i moved i started in a new school after about a month and since the first day of school i get really shy by everyone. I always blank out and don't know what to say to them when they talk to me. I want to socialise with them but i just don't have the guts to and i don't know why i am like this!! And if i want to "hang out" with some of my classmates during lunchtime i usually just end up not saying a single word!! PLEASE HELP I NEED SOME REAL ANSWERS THAT CAN HELP ME!!

Talk to people, say hello, just be friendly to be honest, talk to someone new, someone you used to no or help some one with something! Be nice to people, smile at them! Maybe get something like twitter or facebook on twitter follow people you no, on face book at them. Start a convo! Just generlly be nice to people don't be horrible or nasty you just have to be a nice personSmile

What is happening to you is normal, you need a time to adapt, and this happens to everyone new in the school, especially caming from other country, and probably your mates understand your behabiour as you are not the first new mate caming from other country.
In my opinion you shouldn't care too much about if you are saying the right thing, probably you are too perfectionist and are afraid of saying something wrong and it blocks you.
But don't worry, usually Spanish teens don't tend to judge, whatever you say will be OK.
In Spain, teens like joking a lot, so if you say something wrong and they laugh, don't worry, it will be good for you, they will like you more, I'm not saying that you should make a fool of yourself, but try to learn some funny words, jokes, ...even if they are bad, i think you are going to success.
However, you will have to make an effort, and even if you feel shy you have to talk to them (you can't learn to swim without getting wet).
A good thing could be what Olivia says: follow them on twitter, facebook, and ask them to get included in the whats'up group, read what they write and write messages to them.
