Instagram account hacked at 42k?!?

I ran this account called harryscheekysmile which had 42k followers, and last night it was hacked. This person claimed if I didn't get this tiny account to 10k she'd use this "new technology" to hack me. She was being rude, so I ignored her (I didn't really do shoutouts anyways) THEN SHE ACTUALLY HACKED ME. She changed the password and the email, so there's no way to access it, and I'm so upset over it. I had built that account from the start, and like I said before, we never did s4s or anything except on rare occasion. What do I do now? Is there any way to get it back? I know the hacker's kik (i don't think it's her main one though) and her Instagram. I just feel so violated, and I don't know what to do. Please help. :c

You could either contact Instagram by all means, or just create another account.
