Does anyone know how to get referrals (in general)?

I have this app called checkpoints, and for each person I refer I get points that can add up and be redeemed for gift cards,donated to charity,sweepstakes, etc. I was looking for a place to let people know my referral code (Holidaydeals) so I can help my prego sister with the price of remodeling her house with gift cards to home depot.

You can use Facebook to get referrals and You can send emails to your friends. If they like your product then they will use that app.Just you can post your app in Facebook.
