How should I tell my family that I am pregnant?

I already planned how to tell my fiance I am pregnant. We are both in Culinary school. He is a chef, I am a pastry chef/hospitality manager. I am going to bring him to our favorite restaurant. This is the place we had our first date together, and where he proposed to me. I am going to have him open up a clothing gift box. There is going to be a cute little baby chef outfit and underneath it will be the ultrasound. We are going to tell his parents and two sisters by taking them out to a restaurant and having them open a giant box full of pink and blue balloons and one baby shaped balloon. Unfortunately my family is a little more difficult. Almost all of my 4 sisters are nurses or care givers. My family is big and it is impossible to get everyone in one place at one time. It never happens They also like to gossip. I wanted to take my mom out to lunch and tell her by giving her the ultrasound and maybe a little gift. However, I know that the second we left the restaurant my mom would be on the phone with everyone else. I really want to tell them each myself even if it can't be in person. I was thinking maybe a video I could send to all my sisters at the same time. My question is is there any other suggestions for a way to tell my sisters all at the same time or does anyone have suggestions for the video? Thank you so much in advance.

Okay, all of your other ideas are AWESOME! I'll tell you what my cousin did recently to announce the sex of their second child. She had her boy place a blue handprint on a white t-shirt, over her belly and put the pictures on facebook. Maybe you can do something like that with your fiance. Have the picture all ready to send with your sisters in the message (as a group message). After you tell our mom at dinner, sneak into the bathroom and send them the picture. You can text them as well and tell them to log on. If you do it through a private message, at least they have a chance of knowing before the rest of your family and facebook friends get wind of the great news! You seem like a crafty person,with tons of ideas. If you don't like my idea, I'm sure it will at least spark a creative juice, that way you can come up with a better one!
