instagram help please?

I think my account got hacked.. I tried to log in but it told me that my password has been resetted and for some reason I tried logging in my email same thing happened, I don't have facebook, how can I get my account back I tried contacting instagram but no reply .

Try again maybe you got your password wrong or if not just try to keep contacting them or just make a new account
