Twitter, I need help about a tweet! Celebrity?

Hey guys, over the weekend I went to a music festival (which I had a VIP ticket for) and I met a hip-hop/rap artist. While we were speaking I mentioned that I follow him on Twitter and told me to send him a message and that he will follow me back.
The problem is I have no idea what to say!? I want my message to stand out without just asking for him to follow me back. Please help! What should I say?

just say, like, hey, hope you're having a good day, im going to a kickback with friends tonight, hit me up if you're ever in town we can chill
