Can i get the twitter user name i want?

I want to get my name as a username on twitter.But it says "sorry,that page doesn't exsist!" I guess someone who had my name deleted that account.Is it possible to get that name back or something?

When you post a question, don't just blindly accept the forum that Yahoo!Answers suggests. There is a reason why separate forums exist: some people only want to answer questions about programming. When confronted with questions like yours often enough, they'll soon stop visiting Yahoo!Answers.

Not only that, your question stands a much better chance of being answered on the appropriate forum.
