How can you get more ingredients in Restaurant City on Facebook?
Please post as many options as possible...I already know you can visit friend's restaurants for the first time and you can buy them at the ingredient market...but I was wondering if there was more ways.

you get one free ingredient per day and you can trade with someone but i think that is it other than the ingredient market

There are 5 ways:

1. Log on everyday to recieve your free daily ingredient.
2. Make new friends to receive first visit ingredient.
3. Answer the food quiz correctly every day.
4. Buy ingredients with coins or cash.
5. Grow a few selected ingredients in your garden.
