Is this good for starting back up getting in shape running?
I started on the 1st and today is the 10th. I am trying to get back in shape and it's not easy but I have been running 3 miles a day on treadmill since the 1st so that's 30 miles in my first 10 days of getting back in shape. I was going to start running 4 miles starting next week. Do you think I should do 1 more week of 3 miles a day or go ahead and jump to 4 miles a day. It's still kinda hard to do 3 but I've noticed a big difference since the first day. Is it better to stick at 3 miles a day for another week or should I go ahead and jump to 4 miles? I am getting back in shape for basketball btw.

hmmmm I would just add a little bit more each week. No need to overdue it. For basketball I would do some base training, and at least one day a week of speedwork, like a track workout. If you're looking for maybe training plans or other runners to network with, you may want to look at this running resource page here ..... or link up with some of their social media because they have some big facebook groups of all runners and all ...
