WHY DOES THE WORLD USE USA'S ENTERTAINMENT?
They all watch our stuff. It suprised me. I have netflix and I got this thing that shows me other countrie's netflix versions (UK had the last 5 episodes of OUR show breaking bad) and i was like wtf is this thing working... why is it still showing our stuff. I was expecting weird foreign films with different languages i'd have 0 interest in. Im making this rude because alot of people hate our country when they ******* live off our entertainment. Theres people commenting on like reality shows posted on youtube, for ex jimmy kimmel had a NBA twitter reads, and theres a comment saying never do NFL nobody outside of the usa watches that so dont do it. LIKE WTF WHO R U people in the show's country like it so you have no say? I wouldnt mind this if the world wasnt such ignorant stereotypical living jerks. Im not fat, im not uneducated, in fact im REALLY skinny and straight A all honors and in an AP human geography class right now. ******* stereotypes. I dont know one person who falls in your dumb assumptions. havent been here? then dont talk. Youd be blown away by our country. Tourists are always welcomed here (diverse place as it is) but im afriad if i leave mine and go to a normal town (which i never do ill go to a luxurious vacation spot) that theyll be weird and spit on me or treat me bad. So can we just cut off the areas of the world that judge us cause they shouldnt be such hypocrites. why does everyone watch our stuff... it wasnt made for them its just odd. Dont they have their movies theyd rather watch with their humor, their land, their accents, some cases THEIR language. it makes NO sense tome.
Sorry if i offended anyone, i think you're doing us a favor and its a compliment, the mean parts were targeted towards the jerks. Smile

They are interesting, high-budget movies. Other countries have produced very good films and tv shows (I enjoyed the King's Speech), but U.S studios are able to market very well too. The U.S films have a hold of movies this generation. I remember my parents telling me about the success Latin American films had during their golden age of cinema where the great Charlie Chaplin lauded a Mexican movie comedian as the greatest comedian.

It's not about the entertainment being American, it's the fact that "Hollywood, has had a profound effect on cinema across the world since the early 20th century."

Wikipedia says, "The success on Hollywood export markets can be known... from the unique ability to make big-budget films that appeal powerfully to popular tastes in many different cultures."
