Best photo editing apps?

For better Instagram photos? Please helppp.
Oh and they have to be free so don't say afterlight or somethinggg..The ones i already have are retrica, instasize, picsart, magic hour, line camera and instext. Sometimes montage.
So yeah say any good ones you have or heard of k thankkkssss!♥

You can actually get a free photoshop app that does basic things. I do graphic design and photography and not sure what you mean by better unless you DO learn the ins and outs of the bigger expensive progams.

If you want better photos, learn how to use your camera. A filter applied to a bad photo is still a bad photo, just like a pig wearing lipstick is still a pig.
