Could I get in trouble for for making a facebook page of one of my Teachers?
The facebook page is actually a nickname of him Mr. Too Buff To Chem, I'm sure he wouldn't mind, there is nothing posted on that is profane, or mean, just funny clean humour that has happened it class, also nothing that could get him in trouble either. It also doesn't show a picture of him, or his name, but could I? What are all the legal aspects of this? I uploaded on youtube our lab experiments and I showed him them, and he actually quite enjoyed that I did it.

Kids have been expelled from school in UK for making Facebook pages about/of their teachers.
Not worth the risk at all. You can also be done for fraud. Also not worth the risk. Uploading lab experiments is not the same as making a Facebook profile, and just because he found the vid amusing does NOT mean that he was find the Facebook page amusing. Ads |
